These Terms and Conditions govern all swimming pool-related services provided by Sanloaw Swimming Alliance Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

We provide a full range of swimming pool services including but not limited to:

  • Pool cleaning and routine maintenance
  • Water testing and chemical treatment
  • Pool construction, installation, and upgrades
  • Equipment supply, installation, and repairs
  • Pool inspection, troubleshooting, and consultancy
  • Emergency services and technical support

Services are delivered based on agreed contracts, quotations, or service plans.


2. SERVICE AGREEMENTS

  • All services must be backed by an approved quotation, invoice, or contract
  • Scope, timelines, and pricing shall be clearly defined before commencement
  • Any additional work outside scope will be billed separately upon client approval

3. SERVICE ACCESS & SCHEDULING

  • Clients must ensure access to the premises at agreed service times
  • Delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges
  • Emergency or unscheduled visits may attract additional fees

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Ensure availability of water, electricity, and necessary infrastructure
  • Disclose any known faults, hazards, or prior repairs
  • Maintain proper care of the pool between service visits

5. PAYMENTS & BILLING

  • All services are subject to agreed pricing and invoicing
  • Payments must be made through approved channels (e.g., M-Pesa, bank transfer)
  • Clients can access invoices and payment records via:

Important:

  • Late payments may lead to service suspension
  • Ongoing or scheduled services require accounts to be in good standing
  • Deposits may be required for installations, equipment supply, or large projects

6. INSTALLATIONS & PROJECT WORKS

For pool construction, upgrades, or installations:

  • A deposit must be paid before work begins
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, supply delays, or site conditions
  • Ownership of supplied materials remains with us until full payment is completed

7. CHEMICAL TREATMENT & WATER BALANCING

  • We use standard and approved pool chemicals
  • Clients must allow proper settling time before pool use
  • We are not responsible for water imbalance caused by external interference after service

8. EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS

  • Equipment supplied or installed is covered only under agreed warranty terms
  • Wear and tear, misuse, or third-party damage is not covered
  • Repairs may require additional charges depending on condition and parts required

9. SERVICE REPORTING & RECORDS

  • Service visits may be documented with reports and logs
  • Clients can access:
    • Service history
    • Maintenance records
    • Invoices and contracts
      via the customer portal

10. HEALTH & SAFETY

  • We adhere to safety standards during all operations
  • We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service in unsafe conditions
  • Clients must ensure the environment is safe for technicians

11. LIABILITY LIMITATION

Sanloaw Swimming Alliance Ltd shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss arising from improper pool use after service
  • Delays caused by external factors (weather, supply chain, access issues)

12. SERVICE SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend services due to non-payment
  • Terminate contracts for breach of agreement
  • Refuse service in cases of misuse, risk, or non-compliance

13. CUSTOMER PORTAL USE

Clients may use the portal to:

  • View invoices and contracts
  • Access service records
  • Submit service requests or tickets

Unauthorized or abusive use of the system is prohibited.


14. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

We collect and process client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

15. RIGHT TO BE INFORMED

Clients have the right to:

  • Understand how their data is used
  • Access their service and billing records
  • Request corrections where applicable

16. FORCE MAJEURE

  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruptions
